ENLARGEMENT
WHAT'S
IN A NAME?
DESCRIPTION:
This example of drawing overlapping letters is commonly called a SIGIL,
and I discovered it when I was studying the work of an artist named Austin
Osman Spare. Usually the letters are of something desired or feared and
are deeply connected with intent. In this example, I used my name, . hence,
its title.
In the future I will be offering custom sigil services, where you can
order a name or phrase which will be performed in the traditional manner
(more about that later).
This image is very popular with older women and young girls, I think because
of its colors and clean white background.
